General Terms & Conditions

By purchasing any product or service from Sarah Medeiros: The Work Between Words, including but not limited to offerings under Parenting with Purpose, LLC, you ("Client" or "User") agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms apply to all purchases made through www.sarah-medeiros.com and www.parentingwithpurpose.info.

 
1. Payment & Purchase Policy

  • Full payment is required at the time of purchase unless a payment plan is specified.

  • All sales are final and non-refundable, unless otherwise stated for specific services or products.

  • Digital products are delivered immediately and are non-refundable due to their nature.

  • For services such as coaching or consulting, sessions must be scheduled directly with Sarah Medeiros after payment is received.

 
2. Rescheduling & No-Show Policy

(For Coaching and Consulting Services)

  • Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice by emailing:
    connect@sarah-medeiros.com or sarah@parentingwithpurpose.info

  • Late cancellations or no-shows without notice will result in forfeited sessions.

  • Sarah reserves the right to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances.

 
3. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights

  • All content and materials, including coaching frameworks, digital tools, workbooks, and workplace systems, are the intellectual property of Sarah Medeiros and may not be copied, distributed, or resold without written permission.

  • All digital and printed resources are for personal or internal organizational use only unless otherwise agreed upon.

 
4. Product Policies

Digital Products:

  • Delivered via instant download or email.

  • No refunds or exchanges due to the nature of digital content.

Physical Products (e.g., wellness kits, printed materials):

  • Issues with shipping or printing must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

  • Exchanges or replacements will be reviewed individually.

 
5. Confidentiality

  • All coaching and consulting sessions are confidential unless required by law to report for safety concerns.

  • Virtual sessions may carry minimal digital risks; the Company is not liable for breaches beyond its control.

 
6. No Guarantees or Warranties

  • Individual results vary and no outcome is guaranteed.

  • Resources, coaching, and consulting are designed for growth and support, not as replacements for professional therapy, legal, or medical services.

 
7. Limitation of Liability

  • Neither Sarah Medeiros nor Parenting with Purpose, LLC shall be held liable for any damages resulting from use or misuse of services or products.

  • All decisions and actions taken as a result of services are the responsibility of the client or organization.

 
8. Right to Refuse or Terminate Services

Sarah reserves the right to cancel or refuse services if:

  • A client exhibits disrespectful, harmful, or inappropriate behavior.

  • Confidentiality agreements or intellectual property guidelines are breached.

 
9. Dispute Resolution & Governing Law

  • Disputes will be addressed first through calm and respectful dialogue.

  • If unresolved, mediation or arbitration will occur under the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts.

 
10. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or participating in services or products from Sarah Medeiros: The Work Between Words, including those under Parenting with Purpose, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
